As a 12 year old in middle school I didn't have the best academic standing, and was very low on any level possible, but there was an opportunity for me at KIPP: Courage. KIPP provided great educators that had a goal to help all the students attending, and provided many opportunities for all to be successful. This program created many opportunities for my throughout the years and helped me accomplished many things in my academic career. Now, graduated from high school and completing my first year of college, I have found a new vision of gaining a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and becoming a Registered Nurse.

I have decided to donate to KIPP Public Charter Schools which focuses on helping many underprivileged students that live in low income communities throughout the US by helping them learn and achieve at high levels.

My brand, Shown in Acts, is about spreading encouragement and positivity through actions and words. Daily reminders are important and wearing them is the perfect way to stay inspired. I’m setting out to help keep people positive through inspirational jewelry. No matter who you are, or where you’re from a simple word can make all the difference.
